an analysis of the specific needs of the company, we use a
participative approach with the client to design the actual new work
processes. FBM then assists the company in the successful implementation
of the newly designed work process. FBM works as a consulting partner,
providing content knowledge and guidance until the new
process has been implemented and refined. We work closely with the
client organization to ensure opportunities for significant
benefits are reached and to ensure no real barriers exist that will
slow down the improvement process. |

frequently through formal and informal progress reviews. This
approach builds understanding, acceptance, and support for
the change process. FBM and the client solve problems jointly by leveraging
our process skills with the client's technical skills to develop a
powerful partnership. We assist (hands-on) in the implementation
of the new work process and encourage the development of client
co-consultants to facilitate the knowledge transfer process. |
